Rutin, also called rutoside, quercetin-3-rutinoside and sophorin, is a citrus flavonoid glycoside found in buckwheat, the leaves and petioles of Rheum species, and asparagus. Rutin is also found in the fruit of the Fava D'Anta tree (from Brazil), fruits and fruit rinds (especially citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime)) and berries such as mulberry and cranberries. Its name comes from the name of Ruta graveolens, a plant that also contains rutin.
Rutin is the glycoside between the flavonol quercetin and the disaccharide rutinose.

As compared to other anti aging options which are high in cost, sytropin provides an affordable alternative against prescribed injections or hormone therapy.
Initially body builders and athletes used to take HGH supplements like sytropin but now due to its known effect of anti aging, people from all walks of life have started using this supplement to restrict aging. These nutritional supplements are typically aimed to increase the natural growth hormone called somatotropin in the body.

Importance of vitamin K to fight against anti aging – A report
The new studies in anti aging direction have shown the importance of vitamin K in food intake. According to the experts, deficiency of vitamin K results in weakness of bones, hardening in arteries and increase chances of spontaneous cancer. Five out of total sixteen vitamin K dependent proteins required for coagulation have critical functioning. Lack of inadequate intakes of vitamin K1, less critical vitamin K dependent proteins and vitamin K deficiency leads to anti aging problems.
Professor Bruce Ames, inventor of the Ames test (genetic test) said that if this interpretation is correct then deficiency of such nutrients triggers triage response and accelerates cancer indicating that such deficiency boosts ageing.
Research conducted by Tufts University shows that only 50% of people get required vitamin K from diet. The deficiency occurs due to chronic inflammatory bowel disease, cholesterol lowering drugs or long term antibiotic treatment. Vitamin source K1 is available from leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, asparagus, peas and parsley, K2 from beneficial intestinal bacteria and K3 is manmade. Their main function is to clot the blood and helps to retain calcium within the bones.
