1. All information is given and Products are supplied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Life-Extension-Drugs.com (herein referred to as LED). The end-user/importer is herein referred to as the Buyer.
2. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of all Products and services supplied by LED. The Buyer affirms that they will use the Products only under the guidance of their physician.
3. The Buyer affirms that they are of legal age and capacity in their country to agree to these LED Terms and Conditions.
4. Disclaimer.
Before starting to take any product, it is vital that you should discuss it with your doctor! Do not use it on your own initiative, without medical advice.
The Buyer is wholly responsible for any improper usage of products or usage contrary to medical advice. Always discuss with your doctor possible side effects, contraindications for use of a product or any food and drug interactions. The Buyer is wholly responsible for any side effects that may occur while taking a product. We do not offer any medical advice: all information is supplied only on an educational basis. Always use the products only under the guidance of your physician. LED is only a trader, not a manufacturer; any requests or complaints about a product should be made directly to the relevant manufacturer, not to LED.
5. Delivery time.
Ordinarily, delivery takes 6 - 12 days. However the Buyer must allow LED up to 5 weeks for processing and shipping the order after the date when we receive payment. For generic drugs delivery ordinary takes 14 - 18 days, but sometimes up to 6 weeks. In the case that your order is detained by your local customs or other official body, the shipping time cannot be determined. Carrier services are NOT recommended for shipment and will be allowed only if the Buyer holds an account with the carrier. For security reasons LED may ship orders in separate parts with a timelag of 2 - 7 days between parts. Please allow for this before raising a query with us.
6. The Buyer is wholly responsible for ensuring that their national import regulations are met. The Buyer, not LED, is wholly responsible for any customs problems that may occur in the case that the import of a Product is prohibited by national law. LED will not be held responsible for loss of any Products or detention of LED Products due to actions of national authorities or any other officials of your country. To avoid any problems with your order which might occur due to your national regulations on medicines, we suggest that you have a physician's prescription when you order a Product from LED which might be a prescription item in your country.
7. LED will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail, unless the Buyer has requested and paid for registered-mail service. In all cases the Buyer must allow a full 5 weeks (6 weeks for generic drugs) for delivery after the date of shipping. In the event of loss of the order the products may be reshipped if the reason for loss was beyond our control. However, no refunds will be given. After the date of shipping we can not accept any cancellation for your orders.
8. If LED shipped the wrong Products, or if Products arrive damaged, the Buyer must contact LED before undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed upon, LED will reship the Products a second and final time. In the event of Products being detained by a foreign customs authority the loss rests with the Buyer. If the Products are returned by customs, then, when the Products are received by LED, they may be reshipped. However, no refunds will be given.
9. Errors and omissions in our information are accepted. If LED shipped the wrong Products, or if Products arrive damaged, the Buyer must contact LED before undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed upon, LED will reship the Products a second and final time. In the event of Products being detained by an official regulatory body etc., the loss rests with the Buyer. If Products are returned then, when the Products are received by LED, they may be reshipped to Customer. However, no refunds will be given.
10. LED reserves the right to refuse orders of Products.
11. LED will only supply Products under these Terms and Conditions, which are non-negotiable. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
